Today rebuilt the master cylinder and installed it on the new top cover. Then installed the top cover after adding oil to the headstock. Then pulled the counter shaft assembly which was easy easy, 4 bolts and out it came. I removed the Reeves pully assembly to install it on my new shaft with a clutch and brake. Might get it in the mail this next week as he is shipping Monday afternoon. Pulling the Reeves drive off the shaft was simple. Removed 1 allen head set screw and then a Large screwdriver to start it moving and then taped with a dead blow hammer and it slid right off. I think i got lucky. Looks almost new. This lathe couldn't have been used bery much.
