Custom (25°) Threading Tool for a CNC Lathe?

The shop that is quoting this for me used to have ability to create custom tool bits. Some time ago they found they were no longer in need of that resource for their business so those machines were sold. They are getting a quote for the custom thread tool bits and will then quote my job.
