Friction fit delrin disk on a shaft, design question

Compared to the split hub, that will be bit harder to do well, but very impressive. :)
 
Progress. Simulated CAM. Slots are 1/16" May need to have wider flexible tabs. Will adjust if needed.

Got it done. Works well as designed. The final piece needs the dirt cleaned off of it (dropped it on the way into the house.)
1/16" 2-Flute end-mill from think and tinker. 35 IPM feed, 10,000 RPM. Four passes to make the 0.25" depth. (Two would have worked but I baby these little end mills.) I think I risked it a little by not having better work-holding for this slippery plastic but low forces and nothing moved, except for the back parallel.
