I'm Interested in adding a 4 jaw independent chuck to my Logan 210

The other perhaps more common name for "traveling" rest is "follow" rest.

I have a wire stretcher and a pipe(conduit) stretcher for doing electrical work. But entered the maching field too late to grab one. Just have to make my own, I guess.

.
When the time comes to I adjust it I can lend you my left handed Phillips screwdriver. Very handy.

The comment about the Logan spindle threads is correct. Logan has a slightly larger diameter behind the spindle thread than other manufacturers. Both of my Logans had chucks installed that did NOT seat up against the spindle properly. I've had to modify all the backing plates and the large face plate I purchased in order to fit properly. I demonstrate one way to fix this problem using a boring and facing head in my milling machine to open up the backing plate or faceplate ID in order to clear the spindle.
