Knurling Wheel

Me too! I'm building a Tom's Techniques knurler. It is designed for 1/4" wide, 5/8" diameter, 1/4" bore knurling wheels.

that's the same knurler I made and am always looking for coarse diamond pattern wheels that same size.

Here's just a few of them . I'm just getting started organizing this stuff but these happened to be right in front of me when you posted . :big grin: Whats left of my knurlers .

any 3/4 X 3/8 X 1/4 ? I only have one quality set, should at least have one backup! :)

That's the one I was using when I destroyed my wheels.

Have to head out ot the shop and check. Will get back to you.

Got everything centered wheels just barely started to rotate on the work piece. Moved the knurler off of the workpice and turned both wheels in a half turn. The screw pitch was .055" so half of that x2 brings us back to a depth of .055" way to much and just destroyed the wheels. Total operator error.
These were the wheels.
