Solid work.
What are manufacture are those?
I sincerely respect that you are rebuilding instead of replacing!

Thanks!
This lever is from a Sherco observed trials. It uses hydraulic clutch and brakes from Braktec brand wich already come with this bushings, but being made in nylon they get squished after some ground contact.

Ah ha! A trials rider. No wonder you are being so picky with the play in your levers.

I would wait for the levers to fall off my motocross bikes before I worried about them!

I was a Campy Super Record guy.
I remember wool shorts and hairnets.
Don't know anything about "observed trials".
