You have no doubt found what you were looking for. But if not.......
I just walked by my HFT Adjustable Weld Table (item 61369) and lo and behold, noticed that it uses four M6 locking bolts just like are used to lock your 1236 top slide. I bet you could walk into your nearby HFT store and they would give you one - or at least get one for you if you still need it. They are listed in the HFT Manual as Part#17, Lever Bolt M6x12.
And they are stout and pretty well made.
