Need Help To Determine Best Way To Hang Ext. Ladder

I don't want to hang the ladder outside, because awhile ago , a contractor left his ladder outside where the shed is now, and someone came in the fenced in yard and stoke it.
Lol, I think I will keep it inside on bicycle hooks.

On that side is visibke to the aaa meetings weekly at the church, and faces that high side of the shed.

Use four bicycle hooks, and hang the ladder flat against the rafters instead of on edge on two hooks.

You could always mount 2 pulleys up in the rafters, and then pull the ladder up into a storage position by pulling on the ropes, sort of like Venetian blinds. The positives being that 1) you gain some mechanical advantage, 2) the designated storage position doesn't have to be on a wall, and 3) the ropes could have a loop that engages a peg or cleat fastened to a wall or column. This last bit allows you to put the loop over the peg and walk away. No need to stand there trying to fight the tension while trying to tie a secure knot.
