Pantograph machine

Followed the link you provided, looked at the manual. Belt drive!
 
Yes, and there's an idler on one side to make it all work. I can throw in a picture later of this. I try to run it with the cover on. The belt is an "achilles heel" in this machine. Don't really know where to get a replacement quite like this.

Left-hand bits: This proving to be a bit daunting. I have asked around at shops and tool suppliers, and they sometimes come up with "here's one" and I take what I can get. Oddballs. I can find them on Amazon, but not in matching sets. Having nearly exhausted the alternatives, I'm coming back around to trying to track down Terrco/K-Star again. At first, I thought the prices in their (old) catalog were outrageous, but now it seems to be par for the course compared to the items I can find online. Cost of doing business, I guess.

I had 5 minutes of 2-head cutting last summer and it was remarkably comfortable (before the old chuck failed, of course). I'm eager to get it working at that level again.
