My dad bought a MIG welder from them & really likes it. There was a small issue, so he called for help. They answered the phone on a weekend, and FedEx'd a replacement part on Monday - no charge.

He's picked up a plasma cutter and TIG machine from them in the meantime. Very happy with all 3, as well as the service.
