Ok check here. Looks like the 2120 maybe plain brg version and the 21408 is Timken brg. Neither are Dunlop.
It seems to me that that drawbar should fit your lathe. Compare the Dunlop to the Craftsman/Atlas, links at top of page.
I first use a SB with babbit brgs and it was a learning experience on how to shim the caps to get the right running.
Roller or ball brgs spindles have to be setup and test run and readjusted for temp changes but I am fine with them.
The MK2 is a totally different lathe, introduced in 1972. Since it won't fit my lathe, off to ebay it goes. I didn't pay much, so hopefully it has some value.
