What does the "CD" mean/stand for?

I asked Google, but came up dry.

I can't think of what else it would stand for? I believe Cold Drawn is described for buying tubing? I rarely buy steel tubing so I'm more used to CR, HR, PH, N.

I see all kinds of references to 4130CD but nothing about what the CD stands for.

I'll bite... what's PH?

The issue arose from looking at some bar stock, but it would be a lie if I said it was the bar vs tube that precipitated the question. I'd like to think that CR would have rung a bell, however CD didn't get through to me at all. Like I said earlier . . . Duhh! (head slap)

Cold drawn?
I've seen tubing described as DOM, Drawn Over Mandrel (as opposed to welded), but not CD. And the DOM tubing I've purchased looks more like hot-rolled rather than cold-rolled.
