Source for Asian Arbor Press Parts?

The casting is unbelievably sloppy, but it works.

Well, I got a bee in my bonnet and tried to fix the gear. I found a burr on the pawl, probably created when I abused it. Knocked it off with the belt grinder. Then I put the gear in the mill vise and deeped the gullet or whatever on the damaged tooth by 20 thousandths. Now the press works again. The gear is overbuilt, so I don't think the cuts will affect its function. In any case, now I have time to decide if I want to do anything else. I just need to blue the places where I cut and ground.
