Summit 19-4 x 60 Manual

Driveshaft does rotate. It seems as if the crossfeed/carriage selector lever isn’t working correctly. It doesn’t really move out of neutral. I haven’t pulled it apart but it seems like possibly the halfnut lock out is keeping the lever from moving.
 
Got it fixed. The shaft that moves in and out with the lever was seized in the rear bushing not allowing enough travel to engage gears.
