Actually, if I had a thick wallet, I'd just buy these - They're cast aluminum copies of the originals.
Really nice looking, and cheaper than any I've seen on eBay, but still expensive.
It says out of stock right now, but the company is very much in business, and would probably do another run with enough requests.
The original vise now, that's another story - The prices on those are bizarre .......
I have a fairly low profile one, that I think might work OK :~)
