Temporary Drive For My Mill

That would be great. I'm getting ready to start in on the huge manual for the one I bought. I'm hoping I can grasp all the function of it.

It might end up being in the manual buy if not do you have reference to it being full powered?if
 
Compare the vfd output amps (on the data sticker) to the full load amps (FLA) on the motor plate. Hopefully the output amps meet or exceed the motor FLA.
 
VFDs take in 3 or single phase and output true 3 phase at variable frequency and voltage. If the VFD is matched to the motor HP, the motor will develop full nameplate power. It makes no difference if the input to the VFD is single phase or 3 phase. Inside the VFD, the incoming power is converted to DC, then that is fed to the output section which converts the DC to a 3 phase output.
