Called him said he deals mostly in The 11 and 14 inch Machines. Had a thought and called my friend that has a 3-D printer. Here is result. As long as I don’t leave the thread dial insert in the carriage all the time I think this will work. Seems to mate up pretty well. The black on the gear is where I rolled it down the lead screw. Looks pretty good to me

This worked. Was able to make what I needed. After 2 hours of running the gear showed what I call a little wear in but still working and was a cheap fix and I have extra gears when and if this one wears out
 
It can take up to an hour for ads to appear on the page. See our code implementation guide for more details. If you already have Auto ad code on your pages there's no need to replace it with this code
