Tilting mill table suggestions

Winegrower, et al., I built one similar to yours, put a round bar across the flat 4.000 from the center of the 2" round to establish level. I used Jo blocks to establish the angle. It's certainly good enough for hobby work... Sine of the angle times 4 equals Jo block height.
