I made these out of 6160 3/4 X 11" I made them long enough so the houlrd wlth the cutter was facing each other.

Frist picture is milling the end.


Them miling out the center.


Cutting the dove tails


This is how the tool holders will fit.

Drilled ant tap the bottom to put in a screw to stop the cutters from falling off.


Done and painted.


I got the idea from ebay the is a guy selling them for AXA and BXA but not for CXA and his are shorted so the cutters point out.

Nice job, I keep wanting to make them as well but I will probably use MDF to keep costs down.

I got the Aluminum of ebay and it was cheap but if you already have the MDF that will work also.
