What do you call these wrenches?

I make a distinction for line wrenches, which are also called flare nut wrenches, as a different tool. And thin wrenches are called tappet wrenches.
Flare nut wrenches, as we call them, are like a C, not an open end.

Right, so you can get them on the line, which is why they are also called line wrenches for doing line work.

But it's hard to beat these for doing that (thank you taxpayers for the wrench set):
