What is this Vise for?

Send it to me, I could use something like that, not very well, and often!

I was wondering about the shape of the hole in the anvil also, if maybe there were inserts that keyed in. It also looks like you could move one of the inserts to the middle by itself for a very tapered part. Very cool though, definitely worth the effort to clean up.

I did find a mini horn anvil piece which appears to fit in this.
