You can buy Dura-Bar directly from Lokey Metals in Ft Worth, Texas. They are a supplier for Dura-Bar. They will sell you exactly what you want plus a little bit for a saw cut. Shipping is UPS. Buy two pieces in case you mess up one!

Cast iron, has better vibration dampening & machinability properties, it's also cheaper.

Another reason for using cast iron instead of steel, is so you don't gall up the spindle threads!!!
