[How do I?] Yet another drum switch wiring question.

The motor that came with my Clausing went up in smoke today.
I purchased a new single phase 1/2hp 120v motor to replace it.
I have a drum switch that was wired into the old motor but I need help connecting it to the new motor.
If that's too challenging I'm fine with just having forward but I hope we can figure this out.

Here's the motor plate:


These are the instructions inside the drum switch cover. There are four wires coming out of the switch.

Here’s the drum switch as wired.
The jumper on the right side confuses me.

You would be best to remove all the wires and start from scratch-
also, green should never be used for power, only ground
(It's a code violation at worst, confusing at best)
