I bought an Irwin brand, not knowing it was no good for metal, but found out the first time I tried to use it in the lathe
 
Finished the box for my 6" rotary table. Left enough room at the bottom and side for dividing head plates or other bits I might accumulate in the future.

Kind of a quick job, did not worry about removing glue squeeze out, but pretty happy with the results.

The handles are not centered on the sides of the box. They are in line with the center of gravity so when you pick it up the box does not tip on you.

Added to the list. At least, at woodworking, I'm pretty confident that it will work the first time!

I like your custom storage box and carry handle. I don't recognize the wood product you used. Is it a bamboo product?

It's bamboo plywood. I've done a couple of jobs with it.

That looks like the single ply, where the vertical strips are glued together with no face veneer layers.
