Check Craig's list - I got a nearly new 4x6 for $50. Apparently the original owner could not get it to work and gave it to his friend (who I bought it from). It had paint on the surface of the wheels that, when heated up and mixed with aluminum metal dust turned into a clay-like mass that probably messed with the blade. I scraped off the paint/aluminum goo, put a new bimetal blade on it ($35), aligned things and it cuts great! Way better than the saws-all I had been using!
