I have the same shaper there a great little unit I was lucky to get mine free and in ver good condition ,I plan to make a small rotary table for mine

Finished this shop chest. .25” steel frame, .375” top, stained maple drawers (plywood). 48”x24”x37”.

I wanted more speed for my belt grinder so I made a 1” diameter pulley ( 5 rib K profile ) to get me over 7000 SFPM. The 2 1/4” was not cutting it.

I made a simple project today. 3 tee setters for golf. You place you tee in it and press the tee in the ground until it stops then set your ball on the tee. I had a derlin one but wanted something decorative so I made them
up. One is mine and the other two is for my playing partners father and son. Some thing simple.

My Chiropractor asked me if I would press the ball joint out of the silver A-arm and into the black A-arm, I needed to make a pusher and a backup to do the job and I gave them to him so he can do it himself next time.

Made a face mill holder with a NMTB 40 taper for my K&T mill. It’s not perfect but it works and the taper fits good. Has a little run out, but I may make another one to practice.My dad had two of these Sandvik face mills in his tool cabinet when he passed in 1999. It’s only taken me 19 years to get to use them Lol

This is the main part of my tongue jack handle for my trailer. I messed up the original handle. Still need the rotating part

Lol. I just realized I have the wrong inserts in my cutter in the above post. I thought it took triangle shaped inserts but according to the World Wide Web it takes square inserts. No wonder it was rubbing while it was cutting. No damage done .
