Bought a 72-hole 5C collet rack for my Clausing lathe. It had a set of collets in 1/32" steps; bought the 1/64" ones in between to have a full set. The collets were in a pair of 30-hole racks. I band sawed a couple of slits on the side supports of the rack so it'd slip over the lip of the HF tool cart. Then marked and drilled some 1/4" holes for button-head cap screws and nylock nuts. Also locked the lid of the tool cart in place with a couple of strap CRS braces.

Before picture, some of the 1/32" set were already pulled before the photo

Everything in place. Probably do some more labeling on the columns for the common sizes. I labeled the rows of even 1/16" and 1/8" ones so the common 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/16" are easier to find than scanning the hole (sic) rack.
Got some work done on the cub. It is bolted back together and the clutch is fixed.
Its kind of funny that the only thing that I could find around here the right size to install a new distributor drive seal was this chunk of titanium.
Made an arbor for the Fray boring head I bought for small money to go with my Fray mill. When I got the boring head it had a mt2 arbor in it. My Fray is B&S 7 taper.
A couple of years ago someone on this forum recommended making longer shoes to use a snow blower on gravel, I finally got around to making some and they word great, thanks to whoever that was.
Thank you for that image. I've had tubes of muic wire for four years, couldn't figure how to store/access them. I'll have to shorten them a couple of inches so the wire sticks sout the top, but that's a great Idea.
I finished my desk lamps I made using vehicle parts. The bulb hood is a valve cover, the base is a ring gear, and the on/off switch is a keyed switch. I went with a black and brass theme. I thought they came out nice.
I recently made a ring roller using an old drill press vice.
It's bolted to an angle plate of unknown and dubious origin.
It needs to be more rigid but it works OK up to 8mm rod and 20mm x 3mm flat bar.
Also made a few different pairs of bottom rollers for different materials.
