Enco 111-2079 no start

Not that 0 terminal the one on the bottom row, left side
Sorry I should have pointed out there are two 0 terminals

Ok, from the transformer PE (ground) 0 terminal to 29 it's reading 89.2 V, from same 0 to 14 on KM1 it's reading 120.8V

Try the bottom right-most terminal on the transformer for 0- it has a white wire
Also, trace that white wire and see if it connects to the right-most 0 pin on the control box terminal strip
See if there is a label on the wire that says 0

Thank you, that was very clear. I moved the labels and could see that yes, bottom right most is 0 and white wire is labeled 0 and wired to right most terminal strip. That 0 to the 29 read 33.4v, to KM1 14 read 0.045v

OK! So, from the 0 to KM1-14 you get nothing? That narrows it down
Let me examine that section and see what to check next
Those two red wires that are now on KM1-14, one is labeled 3 and what is the other? 5?

From now on all tests made with one meter probe on the 0 (white)

Check for voltage on tiepoint #3 large terminal strip (5th from the right)

Understood. No voltage on #3 would mean a broken or missing wire from the control panel near the E-stop button/power start button
Take the panel off and check behind it
That would give the symptom of having to hold the power start button in to run the machine

The apron switch issue may be a separate problem- we'll tackle that one after we nail this

You'll want to examine/meter the following: (with one meter lead on 0)
1) Wire from #2 terminal strip to one side E-stop button.
2) Other side of E-stop button to one side power start button and also back to #3 on strip.

somewhere there the power isn't making it back to #3
see what's going on under those yellow wire nuts
