Help Identifying a Carbide Insert

According to the following, it looks to me like the Komet indexable drills take an insert that is not a standard ANSI or ISO standard. The trigon versions are designated "WOHX" and the "O" and "X" designations are all "Special" meaning they are specific to the manufacturer.

My last set of pictures, maybe it will help someone else who finds themselves in this position.

The 0.151" thickness does not conform to any standard ANSI or ISO insert thickness designation. I think you're dealing with a custom insert specific to the manufacturer of the boring bar.
