I bought a complete Dana 44 differential from a friend a couple years ago with a One Ton steering tie rod setup for my Bronco project. I haven't talked to him yet, but I must have lost a bushing. A simple task to make a new one.
Here is the before photos, I could not thighten the nut, it would bottom out first.

With the bushing, hand tightened.
