I’ll check them out. Looked for new .020 pistons I’ve had for at least 20 years. Found rings. Why the heck are pistons not with rings. Be looking for pistons some more. Need to start bolting parts on frame for mock up.

Got a little mock up done today. Not much though.found a better front fender upstairs in my shop. Have parts stuck in a lot of places. Still gonna have to buy bunch. Gonna name this one dirty red in honor of big red.

Made a longer axle to fit wider front end. Gonna use 16” factory mag wheels. Shorter axle was used for getting measurements

Sealed are fine. But not gonna fix something that ain’t broke. Besides that I have tapered. No cost at this time. The world has gone a long ways on tapered bearing me included. Just like world was built with stick welders and hot rivets. Love modern things. I shoot my big bore old single shot rifles way more than ar’s. Fal.

That being said I have a few sealed bearings. Can’t find my larger ones yet.
