you could try M.R. Tool Repair. He does all sorts of metrology instrument repair, and Keith Rucker is quite happy with him.

I just picked up a 6A for cheap off of Ebay. I contacted Mark and he does not work on Trav a Dials. I found a seller on Ebay that has crystals, dial faces, and wipe pads for sale. For any other parts you basically have to buy a parts unit.
