what brand are those snap gauges... They look to be in a Starrett vinyl, but only one might be Starrett.

I will report back when they arrive.

EDIT: I did not pay close attention to the listing... the vise set are Starrett... does not look like the snap gauges are Starrett.

Impossible to know. I would buy from a tool seller if I were buying that. Think about Everly home and gift... does that sound like a knowledgeable tool dealer to you? Go to MSC, KBC, Grand Tool Supply a reputable NJ tool seller.
 
I found a mitutoyo distributor nearby and one nj too. It was ~203$ and change “

. Will by it from them. Hopefully tomorrow.
