What is the moose in the middle above the wedge, and what is it used for, if it's not self explanatory?

My uneducated guess, just looking at it would be CCW, but looking at the possible optical illusion, maybe CW

It may be for cutting the seat in a high pressure valve, and markings on it?

Looks like a chamfer tool

No markings that I can see.

A look at the cutting edge profile, will make its rotating direction a bit more obvious.

Looks like a valve seat reamer, but they usually have a guide to center them on the valve stem guide.
