Yet Another VFD problem

I am in VFD Hell. I can't seem to get my VFD to run my planer motor. I am trying to use single phase power to run a 3 phase motor.
The motor is an old Peerless 2hp 3 phase. The motor runs fine when hooked up to 3 phase power. My electrical skills are novice at best.
The VFD is a Vevor model A2-8015 1.5kW

The motor wiring goes as follows:
L1- T1 & T7
L2- T2 & T8
L3- T3 & T9
T4 & T5 & T6

Under power, I am not getting any blue smoke or error codes. The motor doesn't even try to move.

Any thoughts as to what I am doing wrong?

What does the digital display show when you press run?

Did the VFD ever work before or this is the first time using it out of the box?
I see you have wires connected to the run and potentiometer terminals; have you set the drive to use those? It should be as follows:
Pn03 = 3
Pn04 = 2

Do you have a manual for the VFD or can you link to one online? There are several settings on most VFDs that need to be checked

Thanks for the quick replies.
Yes, It's a new VFD, still on factory settings.
The display works, and the fan runs on start up. When I press RUN the display will count up to 60 or what ever limit I set it to. I am presuming that it is running up to 60 cycles.
Yes I have a manual. I will check to see if it's online.
No, I haven't changed any settings yet.

If the display is showing 60hz, I’d check the 3 phase output terminals for voltage. It appears your drive thinks it’s working.

My Settings Might help. See attachment.

I see Pn10 and Pn12 set at 60 hz- makes sense for USA
Pn11 should probably be something like 20 hz
also see a note that says "setting Pn32 at 3 made it work"

Pn32 enables editing. I understand that 15 hz is a minimum to keep from burning up motor. 20 hz would be better.
