Great job on the rebuild, and enjoying seeing the steps to get it there. I was looking for a 12” Nardini, but ended up getting a PM1236t instead since I only saw one for sale anywhere close to me, and that didn’t last long.
...Nope. I ordered a can of alkyd enamel by RAL code by mail. It arrived way too dark, and was pre-reduced, which wouldn't help me with a brush, so I threw good money after bad and ordered the right alkyd DTM paint from Sherwin WIlliams in Reseda Green. It is a thick paint, but way too light in color. So I figured I was already $200 in, so I mixed the paint colors 50/50. Good enough, but it'll be hell trying to match in the future!
It's funny, I was thinking to myself that I'd have to trailer it to the show-and-shine. It's not something you see every day!People are going to talk when you drive it to the lathe show.
Sharp looking machine whatever color(s) it is.
