Around here, if you don't have a plain vanilla mail box, the mailman won't deliver your mail. I've had ideas before to make one in the shape of a tractor or truck, but they won't allow it.

I think the one above is kinda cool, myself.

I live in a great neighborhood, hoa isn't bad at all. Great neighbors, active pool in the summer, I still hit tennis balls once in a while.........

HOAs can be good or bad… or both. I’ve had both positive and negative experiences with them. It mostly depends on who’s ox is getting gored.
