Bridgeport or Lagun

The Arbor support is mounted on a swing arm support on the right side of the mill. Its visible in a couple of pics. I think its really interesting, and I'd be inclined to clean it up, and try to figure out exactly what is needed to get the universal drive working, as well as locate the dividing head.
