I haven't checked the additional tank so that's a good possibility.Have you checked for leaks? Especially at any threaded connections?

Ta-Da!Found some leaks.
Connection from pump head to inlet tube.
Inlet into second tank.
Outlet to regulator on second tank.
Let’s see what fixing those does.
Took almost 30 seconds of the total fill time.
This is the info off the tank. I bought the pump and motor as a package and put it on my 20 gallon Speedaire tank and joined that to another 20 gallon tank.
Top photo that you posted has 60 gallon printed on it. Did I misread something? Or is that the tank that the pump and motor were taken from?
For what it's worth, looks like I have the same compressor that your pump and motor were taken from (60 Gal.). I bought it used and just installed it and it took 7 minutes to fill.

Are you talking hypothetical?Hoping someone can give me a bit of a sanity check on my compressor fill time.
10.2 cfm @90 psi pump
40 gallon tank (2x20 joined)
8 minute fill time from empty.
2 minutes to refill from 90 psi to 125 psi.
Does this seem reasonable?
Are you talking hypothetical?
Because I can't see any pictures!
