When you are vacuuming it you want to pick out the birds nest and toss them in the can first to avoid plugging up you hose.
 
You need to do the ELS on it, it's a way better Lathe with it then not.
 
Is there any howto for an ELS for lathes like mine?

For a lathe the size of yours? I would recommend against it. the length of the edge technologies bar will not work due to the distance between centers on your lathe.

Hahhahaha one roster made the escape and finished in the table already. The chicks came out 50/50 so rosters for holidays
