POTD- PROJECT OF THE DAY: What Did You Make In Your Shop Today?

It was time to remodel the bathroom (you want to get that done BEFORE you fall through the bottom while taking a shower), and she wanted a new vanity. A couple 2x4s, a few casters mixed with a little plywood, and I get a rolling workbench with storage.

Did not get much done before going to bed… Well I did make all the mistakes that I could manage in the little time I had, lol



But the frame is squared, now with the right parts…

I don't remember you pimping out your masterful scraping job on the Logan.
Did you put an automotive finish on that sweet thing? Re-chrome any parts?

If I were to make a new tail cap, I think the best approach would be to turn a die and press it. It’s also pretty cheaply purchased on eBay I think. 8 dollars or something. The original is a stamped part.

Well, I guess I wasn't quite done for today. Fired the newly updated Bridgeport CNC up, and made a tool holder rack. The material came from a towel warmer that also got retired with the bathroom remodel.
