Central machinery 12x36 lathe wiring

I’m checking crimps now and connections, I am wondering if anything should be running to tb10

No that's empty on top
Did you perhaps bump the E-stop by accident? That would shut everything down
Just sayin'

does it matter if on transformer wire is going to h4 terminal or h3 terminal?

Not really. Most locations in the US the voltage is closer to 240 than 220
Stop working if you are getting tired- pick it up tomorrow
When fatigue sets in that's when accidents happen
Fix the TB-5 extra wire before you do anything else

I do not have any voltage across x1 and x3 on transformer, when machine is plugged in, tb-5 is fixed, I’m also not seeing an emergency stop on this machine

You said in post #51 you had 110 volts there. Now you don't?
Did you check your circuit breaker?
I'm signing off for now- catch u on the rebound

I did check breaker with meter, also plugged mill into it and it is good, possible bad transformer?

Possibly- check the top terminals of the transformer for 240 volts
Shut off power and pull the fuse, then repower and check X1 to X3 again just to be sure
You could try moving the transformer input wire from 240 to 220- maybe that tap still works (fingers crossed)
As always, be careful

Checked top terminals, I do not have any power there, switched to 220 input and noting, also do not have anything on lower 110 terminals

OK shoot me another current picture, show the top row clearly- we'll solve this pesky mystery
One of those jumpers must be faulty/flakey
That's actually good news, transformer probably ok. Put the wire back on 240v tap.

Check your work on the top row against the sketch in post #40 carefully.
Tug on upper wires (with power off, of course) and see if any pull out of the lugs
